I have a problem with a dlsw between 2 routers (with only eth ports) located in 2 different pix interfaces. If one of the routers has a token interface the problem disappear.
No nat and ip permitted.

Please see http://www.cisco.com/warp/public/697/6.html which deals with DLSw setup using NAT, where the peers keep disconnecting. You could also refer to http://www.cisco.com/en/US/tech/tk331/tk336/tk163/tech_protocol_home.html, the DLSW support page which has a number of troubleshooting documents.
