DMVPN dual site not dual hub

Over the last few days I have built a test lab and created the standard single hub DMVPN with spoke-to-spoke using EIGRP and this works great. However I would like to have it go one step further.

Hub is 3825 series and spokes are 871 series routers. I would like to add another hub at a remote site from the main hub. I am NOT trying to accomplish a dual hub configuration. I basically want the spokes to have 2 active DMVPN connections at the same time. We have our

corporate headquarters that supplies all of the spokes with applications. We have regional offices that I would like to setup a VoIP network on. Most calls are between the spokes and the regional offices so I want to have a DEDICATED tunnel to the regional offices as well as the headquarters. Is this even possible? If so can you point me in the direction of any material that may help?

The regional offices are all connected using MPLS and BGP and includes the headquarters.

Thanks
