I have a user that works from home via a 3005 vpn using the vpn client. The computer that she is using works fine when connected to a cable modem. She has SBC DSL and has the following problem. She appears to connect to the vpn concentrator ok, but cant access the network. She can't browse the nt network or telnet or ping the UNIX servers on the network. Any ideas about why and how to make it work.
This didn't make any difference. This user is still unable to do anything on the internal side of the network. I have other users that are connecting using ipsec over UDP and IPsec over TCP. Any thing else I can try?
