We have a vpn 3000 series in Florida that is connected to a site in Atlanta.
We have 6M broadband cable and the other end thru Internet is 5M burstable to 25M.
On our end we are seeing (on the outside interface) large number of Duplicate Acknowledgments, retransmissions and receive discards.
We have Vise Versa pushing information to the other end and the software is constantly dropping connection to the machine in Atlanta.
I have put ethereal on the VPN and can see fragmentation, but much more of the errors described before.
Everything Ive read it looks like congestion on the other end, but the device should easily handle it.
Could fragmentation be causing this much of a problem?
Has anyone seen this before or have any ideas?
