I have a couple ASA5505s installed in SOHOs with (non Cisco) VoIP phones attached setup as easy VPN clients connected back to a central ASA5510. They disconnect at random which logs the VoIP phones off. I bumped the IKE rekey times up to unlimited and the IPSec rekey times to 259200 seconds (30 days) but that appears not to have made any difference. Rekey data intervals are 4275000 k-bytes that are never getting close to being used. These ASA5505s are usually sitting idle at the time of the disconnects and the disconnect do not last for more than 30 seconds. Sometimes just one will disconnect, sometimes two and sometimes three at the same time. There is no pattern that I can find.
Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions on how to eliminate these disconnects?
We have configured the outside and inside Interface with official ipv6 adresses, set a default route on outside Interface to our router, we also have definied a rule , which also gets hits, to permit tcp from inside Interface to any6.
