I'm a systems administrator for a major studio in Hollywood. I've waited to hit XP status before bothering to mobilize my office to home. Now that I've decided to set up my VPN connection from home, I'm suddenly realizing - let's say "remembering" - how harrowing a setup can be. My responsibility, I understand.
However, we do have some ambitious-type people who I expect will be bold enough to research their problems from home by looking into the software provided them.
Cisco, I'm noticing, nicely supports everyone in the provision path except the end user. I, myself, would like to see more benefits offered to the registered "guest" - freeware is freeware, updates are updates. Why the restricitions?
