I have a customer who wants me to set up LAN to Lan router to their internet routers at two locations. The new router must be able to make a VPN connection to each other and act as a firewall. I am thinking of using the 2611 with an aim/vpn-bp module w/ IP/Firewall Plus IPSec 3DES Feature Pack. Does anyone know of a better implementation?

The 2600 series is a great VPN/Firewall solution. Or you could go with the PIX appliance and a couple smaller routers like the 1700’s. Your Cisco rep should be able to look at your design and make recommendations too.
