Error 28 selected item cannot fit into memory

Hi we sold a company and asa5520 who then returned it saying it just kept power cycling. We have the unit back here now and it looks like they have deleted something as it is failing to boot with the following message error 28 selected item cannot fit into memory. Any ideas?

This is concerned with the IOS image reload.In that case you can try upgrading the software .Refer URL
