Error message from scheduled backup

I have a scheduled backup configured on a VMS 2.1 server. Each time I check the backup log, it reports that the backup has failed. When I check the message as to the reason the backup has failed it informs that the

“KRSclient: invalid server handle”

Can any one tell me what this error message means or where I can get help about the message?

Did you check the bug tool kit for any known issues??
