Error message Using CSPM ON Demand Reports via IE

I am now getting an error message everytime I look at an ON DEMAND report via IE. I get a debug message saying something about OPTIONS.LENGTH is null or not an object.

Can anyone explain this message?

HELP!

Check you version of IE and clear your temporary internet files. Try it from another machine altogether. Hope this helps.

Here is one for CISCO to explain. The SIG.DATA file on the CSPM must have been corrupted. When I replaced it with a backup copy everything was fixed.
