Hi ... I am not sure about the error message but it seems to be related to network connectivity on that user only. I suggest check the switch port where the user is connected. check for errors, duplex mismatch, verify physical cables ...etc. if after doing that the user still having the problem, then confirm the user's application is working as it should.
Do you have application inspection for HTTP or IM turned on any interfaces or globally? I have experienced numerous random TCP connection issues when those two inspect commands are applied. Other forum posts indicate similar issues. The connections affected appear to be random and do not have to be the actual traffic matched in the class-map.
Try disabling those inpsect actions in the policy-map and see if it clears up. I would definitely try this if you have them enabled!
gets the user prior the error ORA-03113? We had this failure while an server-server-connection from one to another dmz (FWSM). The result of sniffer was: no disconnection of the tcp-session an an perpetual stream of TNS-traffic. The database-disconnect was restored within 1 second. The customer installed one server (for tests) in the same vlan (without firewall) and the error occured too.

"ORA-03113 end-of-file on communication channel
Cause: An unexpected end-of-file was processed on the communication channel. The problem could not be handled by the Net8, two task, software. This message could occur if the shadow two-task process associated with a Net8 connect has terminated abnormally, or if there is a physical failure of the interprocess communication vehicle, that is, the network or server machine went down. In addition, this message could occur when ALTER SYSTEM KILL SESSION or ALTER SYSTEM DISCONNECT SESSION were issued with the IMMEDIATE qualifier because, in those cases, the client's connection to the database is terminated without waiting for the client to issue a request.
Action: If this message occurs during a connection attempt, check the setup files for the appropriate Net8 driver and confirm Net8 software is correctly installed on the server. If the message occurs after a connection is well established, and the error is not due to a physical failure, check if a trace file was generated on the server at failure time. Existence of a trace file may suggest an Oracle internal error that requires the assistance of customer support."
