Cisco VPN Client tries to create a virtual adapter during the installation, which is by default disabled. When you try to connect to any VPN server and connected it will be enabled.
It seems that you already installed Cisco VPN client without any errors, maybe any software firewall installed at your home PC and denies this virtual adapter creation. Try to disable any firewall at your PC and try to connect. If it is successed, then you need to permit this creation at your firewall. If not, please update!
