Exchange server access with Outlook via Firewall

There seems to be many articles for mail access but I have still a problem.

Exchange 5.5 server is located behind PIX525 ver 6.1 and outside users need to access the exchange server with Outlook from outside.

TCP 135, 139 are opened for exchange server's ip.

UDP 137, 138 are opened for PDC ip to authenticate into domain.

Since the exchange server's registry setting is quite risky, I used 'established tcp 135 permitto 1024-65535'

NAT is also used for mail and PDC servers.

For name resolution, I used 'lmhosts' file on clients pc instead of WINS.

Problem is that outside users cannot login to domain so that counldn't access mail server.

Mail server and mail box lookup is successful. But login fails when I put all necessary information on popup window right after clicking Outlook.

Any idea when you configure like this?

There is a document that covers setting up the PIX for an Exchange environment:
