Our customer have installed CS-MARS version 6.0.2(3102) on CS-MARS-110R-K9.
Server work fine, but after two months we stop access mars via ssh and https, but have ping to device. This happens twice for several months. On console we receive non-stop message:
Ext3-fs Error Device SDA5 in start_transaction: journal has aborted
Can't send any command (reboot or shutdown) and need cold reset via reset button.
When reboot everything work well. I used commands - âraidstatusâ, âhotswapâ, âshow healthinfoâ, but no errors or any other event. Is it any method to see what happen? Can I see log via CLI or GUI?
We think this is Linux file system error, but how can repair it or need to reimage mars whit new version.

This could be a hardware error that is manifesting it self via software. You're best bet would be to call TAC and open a case. While it is a linux box, it is heavily customized by cisco and they don't let us muck around the internals of it.

Hi
Did you get a fix for this issue. We have similar issue with Cisco Unified Communications Manager Business Edition.
Thanks
