Hello:
I have failover with two pix 525, I want to upgrade one of them with a 4 FE card.
I want to know if Can I have failover with diferent hardware in each pix?
What issues should I consider?

This is not set in stone but I believe that oth firewalls have to be identical.

The hardware and software must be exactly the same. This configuration you are suggesting will not work.
