Finding all netblocks for TLD

For a given TLD (e.g., .org) is there a way to find all the netblocks associated with that domain (preferably in CIDR format)? I've been checking NSI, ARIN, etc. and they all seem to work only on a particular domain, e.g., cisco.com and not at the TLD level.

I don't think that's possible. I don't see how whois or DNS could provide that info anyway. Not sure what else would. Even for cisco.com, how would you do it?
