Does your NAT statement use access-list "outside_if_inbound" ??? Or does it use something like 100? you have to apply the access list to the NAT statement in order for the rules to apply. Your ither option, without changing NAT statements is to use a conduit permit icmp XXXX XXXX <- fill in the blanks. Could by any any if you are testing it.
