From outside Pix doesn't allow to ping floating ip inside the pix

Dear Sir / Madam,

We have buy 3 Pix 515E firewall for our organization. But we can ping,telnet,..... anything inside the pix from outside pix except the floating ip(Package ip, Mc Service guard running on HP 9000 N Class).

We have HP Server (10.16.1.2) and floting ip (10.16.1.3) inside the

firewall.

We can ping both floating ip(10.16.1.3) and 10.16.1.2 from the pix.

I have open all ip protocol from outside to inside pix.

But still it's not solve.

There is a message from pix:

"Deny inbound icmp src outside:10.80.10.1 dest inside:10.16.1.3(e 8,

Code 0)

Please help me on this matter

Do you have an access-list command applied to the outside interface allowing icmp traffic through to the ip address?

e.g.

access-list acl_outside permit icmp 'source' 'destination'
