ftp sites access with ASA 5520

How can I enable the access to a ftp internet sites in ASA 5520? because I cannot download files from ftp or tftp sites.

Janet,

If you post your config we can help with your access-lists.

Is this a site your visiting while on the inside of your ASA or is this site sitting behind your ASA protected from the rest of the internet.

The gist is you'll be adding a line to your access-list rules permitting ftp either outgoing or incomming on one of your access-lists. The line will look something like this:

access-list inside_in permit tcp x.x.x.x 255.255.255.0 host x.x.x.x eq ftp

With your configuration we'll be able to give you the exact command you'll need in order to get to the site.

You will find part of the ASA configuration in the attachment.The ASA is behind the internet router and behind the ASA is the network where I am.
