Greetings, we have 10 routers connected via TLS cloud, same broadcast domain. All routers and user subnets are using the same class B address(subnetted). We would like to build a full mesh ipsec cloud using any any access-list to encrypt traffic. Considering the natture of ipsec (Point-Point) and we're on a broadcast network, do you guys have any suggestions or examples we try? We're running into issues where the tunnel from A-B gets built, but tunnel from A-C will never come up.
