fwsm made ftp can't works?

We suspect the fwsm is blocking the ftp services . Hereby attached the fwsm configurations. Please advise.

Are you using normal FTP or passive? If you used normal ftp, try to remove the "ftp mode passive", and let the default "fixup protocol ftp 21" run.

Test this and see if your FTP connection attemp is still being denied.

I've tried remove the ftp mode passive. Same problems occured . too bad.

Where this FTP session initiated/started from? Is it same for all source/destination segments? How about other traffic/sessions?
