Getting disconnected while using Cisco VPN client 3.0

Hi,

The problem we are having is the Nt 4.0 machine with Cisco VPN client 3.0 behind the CheckPoint firewall (4.1)is getting disconnected in 3 min. when connected to Cisco PIX .

The error "IPSEC connection has been terminated".

Note , that it doesn't get disconnected when connected outside of firewall, or when connected with the same settings behind another firewall ( home NATed network)

Cisco PIX site had a Concentrator installed, so it does support NATed networks.

Could it be the compatibility with CheckPoint Firewall?

Please, advise.
