Good links for config of 1605 as perimeter router/FW

This 1605 needs basic & advanced "hardening" as firewall. Would like examples of acls and NAT. SMTP forwarding to internal mail server. Any info beyond basics is appreciated. No PIX or IPSEC. Limited IOS/FW features needed.

Don't know what you mean by SMTP forwarding, but I'm guessing that you mean a static NAT that will hide your mail server's internal address. That is covered in basic NAT configurations also.
