Is it possible to do dynamic-to-static ipsec utilizing GRE tunnels?
In other words, if I have a router that is obtaining its public IP address via dhcp and have no control over this, can I make an IPSEC connection to another router utilizing GRE tunnels whose external address I know? In all of the examples I have seen with GRE, it seems that in the access-lists both external endpoints are always specified to allow the traffic to flow.
