Groupwise/Novell connectivity using 3015 with IPSec site-to-site tunnels

With a variety of ADSL/ISDN connections and 800/1600 routers connecting back to a 3015 VPN concentrator we appear to be experiencing difficulty with Novell servers on these sites. Groupwise MTA's seem to be erratic and not communicating, RCONJ connections are erratic with screen changes.

Are there some filter settings set incorrectly ? We tweaked the MTU size (currently 1500) which resulted in 2 sites dropping off altogether.
