Hardware trouble on cisco 2691

Hello,

I've a new cisco 2691 with a AIM card VPN/BP. On the cisco web site I can see that this card is compatible with this platform but when I boot the router I receive a message AIM card is no compatible with this platform.

I have tried the last IOS IPSEC from cisco web-site : 12.2.13(T) and the last ROMMON.

Can you help me?

Hi,

I would suggest opening up a TAC case so that an Engineer can work with you to get a supported image for the AIM card.
