Host in user VLAN issue with User Registration Tool

In User Registration Tool under NT HOSTS there is a section titled 'service status' which mainly states the version urt is running.

Under this section we have experienced quite a few comments in that field of 'Host in user VLAN'

Can anyone inform me what this means and what it has done to the device

associated with it. The reason for this is we have quite a few devices that

do not work through URT and they all have this 'service status' message.

Re: Host in user VLAN issue with User Registration Tool

The Service Status column shows the status of the server. If the status is Service Query Error or Not Installed, install the URT Client Module.
