hot to use pdm

just upgraded my pix515 to version 6.11

trying to use the browser to access the pix so as to use the pdm

doesn't seem to work

please help

1. Has the licence been upgraded to DES as a bare minimum?

2. Has your PC been defined as an authorised IP?

What does the PIX debugging show?

remember to https:// Probably need a little more information.

Maybe an unnecessary question, but have you installed PDM on the PIX?

1- Make sure your got the new licence for the newly version. You can get it free from Cisco after you provide the activation key.

2- Make sure your had copied the pdm to your PIX

3- Make sure that your configure the PIX to allow the machine to access it.

4- Check your browser security setting for Java applet setting
