IP address assignment with VPN's into a PIX is only done via a locla address pool in the PIX itself, you can't pass down an IP address from a Radius server nd have that assigned to a user. You also can't explicitely assign one IP address to one particular user of a group.

About the only way you can do this is to have LEO use a diffeent group than everyone else. For Leo's group, define an address pool with only one IP address in it, for the other group define an address pool as normal.
