How do you get Mobile IP to work over a VPN Tunnel

I’m trying get Mobile IP to work over a VPN tunnel the VPN tunnel is created between a PIX 515e and Cisco 2811 router. I have the tunnel up and running and I can ping between the home agent and the foreign agent but I cannot see my home agent via a show ip mobile bind command which is a Cisco 2811 router inside my network behind the PIX 515e firewall. I have mobile ip working inside my network but I cannot figure out how I would get mobile IP to work via VPN tunnel. Any help would be great.

To the best of my knowledge, the Mobile IP allows the VPN session to be maintained as the client move between subnets or access technologies (WLAN and cellular).
