How many VPN tunnels can you create from a remote client

I have been reading through the documentation on the 3080 and the 3002 trying to find something that tells me how many tunnels can be created from a single 3002/EZ VPN client to a concentrator. I understand that from a pc you can have one connection with 3 components 1 IKE SA and 2 ESP SA's but if I want to have multiple tunnels to different Data centres is this possible.

An example of this is.......

I have three applications that are being supported in three data centres that are geographically distinct and I need a tunnel to each site. Is this possible, or would I need to have three tunnels configured and only use one at a time?

Hi,

The 3002 is just the software client on a hardware platform. Your going to need a PIX or a router there to achieve these results.

Check out the second question in this FAQ...

Hope that helps...

Yup, what you want to do is deploy a pix 501 with the 6.3 code, that will allow 10 ipsec connections.
