How to access the vpn 3000

I have one altiga vpn box build in the cisco 3000 firmware.but its console port was faulty that fail to aaccess ,and its front panel system LED blinking in the amber color. How to fix it?

You need at least the console to set the ip address on the concentrator. If your console port is faulty, then RMA looks like the only recourse at the moment.
