How to backup the current Concentrator 3015 software?

The current image in Concentrator 3015 is vpn3000-3.1.2.Rel-k9.bin. Before I can plan an upgrade to a more current image, I need to obtain this image for the roll-back plan. I can't download the image from the concentrator, the Concentrator Series Manager only allows you to upload a new image.

Is there a way of pulling the image off of the device?

You can't download the file off the concentrator as you've figured out by now. Send me your email address to gf@cisco.com and I'll send you the file. Keep a copy of it on your TFTP server for next time :-)
