How to change inside ip and DHCP on PIX 501

I am trying to change the inside IP address and DHCP range on a PIX 501. The PIX 501 is running 6.3(5) with PDM 3.0(4). When I enter the cli command:

ip address inside 192.168.3.1 255.255.255.0

The PIX replies:

Interface address is not on same subnet as DHCP pool

OK... I'll change the DHCP pool first:

dhcpd address 192.168.3.2-192.168.3.32 inside

The PIX replies:

Address range subnet is not the same as inside interface

How does one change the inside IP address and DHCP range? It seems they are tied together and both need changed at the same time.

I thinkg either way you have the luxury of downtime, so I would recommend shutting down interface taking out intial DHCPD setting and re-adding the new settings. It would not allow you to change if both are active at the same time.
