How to Check the Packets which are Droped

I have a VPN between 2 sites but even making all the proper rules i am not been able to ping or even send any data from one side to another both sides shows packets encryption but not decryption is there any possibility to check y the packets are droped at each side i am using 1841 router

I think your problem is related to interesting traffic, you may not configure properly for the interesting traffic for VPN tunnel. Or you may have the end to end connectivity problem.

Do you have NAT enabled on your router?

If yes, make sure you have a rule not to NAT traffic from Lan to LAN bet two sites.

If you have a rule, make sure you dont use the same access-list, make a new one for your nAT exemption
