How to clean the IDS DB whitout reinstall

There are limit for a DB of a sensor 4235 ?

how to clean the database ?

Application Partition:

Cisco Systems Intrusion Detection Sensor, Version 4.1(3)S82

OS Version 2.4.18-5smpbigphys

Platform: IDS-4235

Sensor up-time is 28 min.

Using 899903488 out of 921522176 bytes of available memory (97% usage)

Using 4.3G out of 15G bytes of available disk space (30% usage)

I don't think there is any other way other than reinstalling !

I'd open a case for this.

97% memory usage after 28minutes uptime?

One of my probes, on a very busy segment, 29% memory and 4% disk utilization after 4 days.

Have you changed any of the fragmentation/stream reassembly parameters?
