It was a connection-related message - when inbound UDP packet is denied by your policy, e,g access-list xxx deny udp any any.
The severity level is 2 (%xx-2-xxxxxx:.... ). I believed your logging level probablyat least notification or something higher than 2. Since you want to get rid of this message, change the level 2 to something higher from your current logging level, e.g 6 (informational).
To change the level of a syslog message, use the "logging message level" level command. Replace syslog_id with a syslog message ID.
