how to read ip session log files

hello..there are a number of ip session log

files generated by the csids, but i dont know

how to read it. Is there any decoder or reader

to view this type of format.

You can use ethereal to view the IP Session Log files of the sensor.

If you are using Unix Director then you can use the following option to view the IP Session Log files.

In HP-OV, Select the sensor icon for which you would like to view the ip log files then click Security->Show->IP Logging.

Pls. note that we support the TCP Dump format that will enable you to use tools such as Ethereal for viewing these logs. Other tools such as TCP Replay may be used for replaying the IP session.
