How to search logs in CiscoWorks or Cisco Security Manager?
The company is using CiscoWorks and CSM to manage ACLs for routers and multi-layer swithces. Both are good tools for editing, but I was not able to find how to check logs for troubleshooting. I asked others and they said "can't check logs in either, Have to go to the particular route and use show access-list to count if there are matches".
I have used other firewalls, such as Netscreen and Checkpoint. Both have appliances where you can check connection logs. I would think Cisco has the same, even if I don't know yet.
