how to set up a PC to Router VPN connection via any ISP Internet connection

Hello,

I tried to use the dial up networking function on W2k to establish a VPN connection to our 3620 Router via any dial up Internet connection. The tunnel uses L2TP protocol and without IPsec encryption. What is the command I shall write to the Router?

I had already had a VPDN service provided by an ISP. So will it interfere with the above VPN settings?

Thanks,

Re: how to set up a PC to Router VPN connection via any ISP Inte

This config requires Win2K server http://www.cisco.com/warp/public/707/2000.html. Other than that, you’ll have to install Cisco’s VPN client and use the appropriate config (see examples at http://www.cisco.com/pcgi-bin/Support/PSP/psp_view.pl?p=Internetworking:IPSec&s=Implementation_and_Configuration)
