How to trace hackers in Cisco IDS ?

How do i trace the Hackers or Virus in Cisco IDS ?

Setup the "Cisco IDS Event Viewer". When the IDS "Shuns" a system you can setup the viewer to view the "Source Address" of the attacker.

Once you have the IP address you can use "Whois" utility.
