How to Use NAT to Direct User Based on the Destination Address?

The scenario is this, I need to use NAT to send a user connecting from the internet to IP address 1.1.1.1 if they have a destination address of 1.1.1.2. I would be setting up NAT on the 3640 router used for my internet connection. Is this possible and how would I accomplish this? Access list?

You are looking at configuring NAT outside on the router. Here's a sample config;
