Hq to remote office config

I need some pointers on securing and some sample configs of have 2 remote offices connect and VPN to HQ office, let me tell you im new, and im just getting started in the PIXen world.And need some things confirmed, i have at each location PIX firewalls, not in place yet. Each location has roadrunner,with static IP addresses. So I have configured 2500,2600 routers and older 1900 switches. So is Outside the Interface the connects to the internet(cable modem), and inside is to the router correct. Then i assign access-list to permit traffic in from the trusted IP's from the outside Interface of either HQ or remote offices, then deny all other traffic, correct. if i have any of this wrong please let me know, thank you
