http server

does the following statements represent the http server location

http 213.31.205.33 255.255.255.255 outside

http 217.8.136.243 255.255.255.255 outside

and what if no ip http server on a firewall

As long as you have: http server enable on the PIX config then yes the statement is correct, but in your post your allowing outside access to your PDM, is this so wise?

I hope that your post only represents as an example. The best/better way to allow for PDM access for remote monitoring/administration is to run the PDM srvice via VPN.
