HTTPS can't connect

We have some users with windows xp connecting via windows Virtual private connection. They can establish the connection fine and connect to files and web servers via http.

When connecting to https they cannot connect, telnet reveals port 443 does not make a connection.

When they disconnect their session and go in through Internet, it works.

This only happens on some users others are working fine.

Any suggestions?

Re: HTTPS can't connect

After installing XP SP2,using an IP phone as a playback or recording device no longer works.Go to this directory: C:\Program Files\Cisco System\VPN Client. Then type this - cvpnd start. Most of the times it works.Try to download latest VPN Software.
