When I look at the logs I see an error that the file type or folder type isn't correct (or something like that)
I noticed this in the FTP logs "c:\example\logs/log2002.txt".
Notice that the last slash is in the other direction (UNIX wise), Is it there that our MS IIS FTP server is having problems with ? I also tried some other FTP server and I get the same error.
Question: do I need an UNIX FTP server to get the log files copied from the VPN or not ?

Did you check whether you have Read/Write access to files? Administration | Access Rights|Administrators | Modify Properties screen.

I did check that.
