Generally speaking the message is not
a cause for concern. This message
indicates that an L2F packet was not
fast switched. I'm not sure if you
are doing VPDN or MMPPP, but you should
ensure that fast switching ("ip route-
cache") is enabled on all your interfaces.
It could also be a message indicating the
first packet of a connection is not
being fast switched, which is also expected.
