IDS Active Update Notifications Stopped - please help!

I have long been subscribed to the e-mail alerts advising me of IDS updates. About three months ago, I stopped getting them. I have a teammate who is still receiving them. I have added and removed myself from the signup about 8 times since then. Each time it says I am subscribed, but I never get the E-Mails. Any ideas?

They are usually very quick to respond.

Only other thing that came to mind was a SPAM or Junk mail filter that may be eating the messages.
