How do set the time on the IDS module version so it would show my time we I pull the logs?

The IDSM pulls it time from the switch supervisor.

So you will need to set the switch supervisor's time and timezone.

I'm not sure I understand your question about the time you pull the logs. What do you mean "pull the logs"?

The IDS module gets its time from the switch and so you must set the time on the switch. The time is stored in each alarm as both GMT and local time.
