When will version 4.0 will be available. Do you have to order it direclty? Or can you download it somewhere.

I am told by TAC that it will not be available until 5/2003, only by CD, no download, and only free if you have a Smartnet contract-If no Smartnet, the CD is $5,700.00. I thought all my contracts were smartnet, but apparently not. Joy.
